12:00 pm - Women's Circle: Spiritual guidance at the start of activities, emphasizing our commitment to working for the well-being of communities and the common good. In Santa Catarina Ixtahuacán.

12:30 pm  - Pasacuach School: There will be children's dances, the kick-off of a soccer game, team introductions, and sharing forecasts about the game's results via Instagram. Plus a kite workshop with the kids at school and a short narration of the meaning behind them.

During this segment, we will share and highlight the progress achieved with the Local Government in Santa Catarina.

1:30 pm - Cooking Class

Healing with food, featuring a recipe with beans from Ramona farm and preparing an ancestral hot beverage called atoles. With Guadalupe, Misgna, and CMA participants in Pasacuach.

3:00 pm - Presentation on Solstice and Mwater:

Usage and management of data, and university trips to develop this capacity.

3:30 pm - Videos showcasing traditional Guatemalan cuisine:

Misgana, cultural reports on ingredients and dishes.
